Students, families and staff involved with Kosciusko Lower Elementary had a week of fun as the school year came to a close.
The school held it first ever Pre-K graduation ceremony, which was so packed, some family members had to peer in the cafeteria windows to watch the ceremonies.
First-graders read 80,000 books to earn bicycles during an awards ceremony. There were awards for Pre-K and Kindergarteners, as well.
Although the outdoor Fun Day was rained out, events were moved indoors, with Superintendent Billy Ellzey hosting the parachute event.
And finally, on the last day of school, KLE children were greeted in the car line by a beach party, with teachers and staff dressed for summer fun.
Both published and non-published photos from this event can be viewed or purchased in the two albums posted at http://thestarherald.mycapture.com/mycapture/index.asp
