The Kosicusko Police department has arrested two people in relation to multiple burglaries of storage units in the city.
During a search of an apartment at Yorkshire Apartments at 115 Yokshire St., officers discovered a variety of items recently stolen from storage units broken into in Kosciusko and Attala County.
Following the search, two subjects were arrested.
Timothy Ables, a 40-year-old white male from Kosciusko has been charged with possession/disposal of stolen property, four counts of burglary, two counts of utility theft, and one count of malicious mischief.
Candice Kyzer, a 37-year-old white female from Kosciusko has been charged with possession of controlled substance felony, possession of stolen property, two counts of theft of utility, and failure to appear in court.
The department is encouraging anyone that had their storage building broken into to call the Kosciusko Police Department at 662-289-313 or the Attala County Sheriff's Office at 662-289-5556 to identify personal belongings.
