Javonta Sandifer, 17, of Kosciusko, will have his accessory before the fact and accessory after the fact of drive-by shooting case heard by a grand jury.
Sandifer waived a preliminary hearing in Kosciusko City Court last week and is out on a $5,000 bond.
Sandifer is one of a group of individuals police say exchanged at least 12 rounds of gunfire at the intersection of Bachman Street and Martin Luther King Drive on Oct. 3.
Sandifer was allegedly in a vehicle with Gamar Mallett, 19, of Sallis, who is charged with drive-by shooting and weapons possession by a felon.
Jordan Selmon, 18, and another 17-year-old who is being charged as a minor, are also facing charges in the incident, which allegedly followed a verbal altercation between two groups of young men at McDonald’s.
