The Nation's Weather for Tuesday, April 26, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A cold front will continue traversing eastward across the
nation tomorrow, producing thunderstorms from southern Texas
all the way to the mid-Atlantic, while rain falls across the
rest of the Northeast. Behind this, cold air is expected to
rush into the Upper Midwest, as well as the Ohio and
Tennessee valleys, producing some snow across the Great
Lakes. Other than some showers and chilly air sprinkling the
Northwest, the remainder of the nation is anticipated to
remain dry as warmth builds across the Southwest and the
Four Corners region. Meanwhile, pleasant weather is forecast
for the South Central. Temperatures could plummet tomorrow
night across the Ohio Valley and they allow a freeze.
