NATIONAL SUMMARY
An area of lingering flurries will dot northern New England
and into New York and northern Pennsylvania tomorrow. The
rest of the Northeast will have dry conditions in the wake
of the latest winter storm. Meanwhile, a quick-moving
clipper will drop into the Intermountain West and northern
Plains and bring periods of snow and flurries from Montana
into southwestern Minnesota. Much of the central and
southern Plains will remain dry as conditions become mild.
Warmer conditions will also push into the Southeast as dry
conditions continue to permeate the region. At the same
time, yet another storm will push into the Northwest,
bringing coastal rain and showers from southern Washington
through Northern California along with inland high-elevation
snow.
