Joe Ray Douglas, 79, died February 20, 2021, at his residence.
Graveside services were. Monday at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Barry Corbett and Rev. Dan West officiated the services.
Mr. Douglas was a retired business owner and member of the First Baptist Church of Kosciusko. He was an avid fisherman.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Wayne Douglas and Nona Verlina Stevens Douglas; and brother, James Wayne Douglas.
He is survived by his wife, Talitha Douglas of Kosciusko, MS; son, Kenneth Ray (Danita) Douglas of Ackerman, MS; daughter, Suzanne (Scott) West of Kosciusko, MS; granddaughter, Alexandra West; and nieces, Kelli Blaylock, Cassie Allen, and Ann Self.
Pallbearers will be Scott West, Tim Vandiver, Bill Cullen, Dale Fulgham, Rick Canty, Bud Moore and Buddy Black. Honorary pallbearers Allen Dorsey, John Shaw, Dan West, Travis Mann, Junior Ables, Jimmy Jenkins and Dr. Edward Bryant.
