Charles Levern Pettie, 82, of Kosciusko, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, at his residence.
Graveside Services were Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021 at Zama Kelly Cemetery.
Charles is survived by his wife, Virginia Black Pettie; sons, Rickey Pettie and Randy Pettie; daughters, Rita Bar, Sandra Gutierrez, Vivian Rasberry, and Connie Dobbs; sister, Mary Murphy; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Charles worked with the fire department for 31 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Beatrice Wallen Pettie; daughter, Tammy Pettie; sisters, Leo Adcock and Helen Thompson; brothers, James, Clyde, Tommy, and Robert Pettie.
