Second Pilgrim

Family and Friends day will be held Sept. 29 at 2 p.m.

Second Baptist

Restored, revived, ready. Psalm 51:10-13. Revival will run Sept. 15 through 18, Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. followed by lunch, Sunday night at 6 p.m., and Monday through Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m.

New Center Ridge M.B.

Revival starts Wednesday, Sept. 11 through 13 at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday speaker will be Evangelist Erma Cooper of Kosciusko, Thursday is Pastor Ollie Crowder of Carthage and Friday is Rev. Ted Taylor of Jackson.

Pleasant Grove M. B. #2

Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist in Goodman, Adult Choir Musical Program will be held Sunday, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. The pastor is Reverend Derrick L. Lucious. The theme is Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous Song and sing praises! Psalm 98: 4. Refreshments will be available for everyone.

Rocky Point Homecoming

Rocky Point Baptist Church will host homecoming, Sunday, Sept.22. Services begin at 10:45 a.m. with worship. Following the service a meal will be served. Bro. Shane McGivney. The speaker will be Bro. Nate Carroll.

Musical

Pastor R.E. Helom and Life in Christ ministries present "A record for Christ musical" on Sept. 21, at 5:30 p.m. located at 212 A Court Square in Carthage. Guest choirs include Truelight Inspirational Choir, Galilee Inspirational, Mt. Charity's Inspirational, Soloist Meece Lindsey and The Thompson Singers from Meridian. Special guests will be the St. Luther Inspirational Choir from Jackson.

Pleasant Hill M.B.

Pastor Osie Grays and First Lady’s 12th year Anniversary will be celebrated on Sept. 22 beginning at noon. The speaker will be Dr. Marvin K. Myles of Christian Liberty in Kosciusko. 

New Garden M.B.

Musician Appreciation celebration will be held on Sept. 15 at 2 p.m. in honor of musician Tess Cross.

Abraham Chapel M.B.

Abraham Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Men’s Day Program will be held Sunday, Sept. 22. It will be during the 11 a.m. morning worship service. Deacon Avery Dotson is the chairman and Deacon Henry Dotson, co-chair. The goal is to get at least 50 plus men. Men, show up and pack the church so the women will have to stand in the corner without a seat.

Fancher Hill M.B., McCool

161st year Church Anniversary will be celebrated on Sept. 15 beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Full Gospel Church

Singing will be held on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 6 p.m.

Mt. Pilgrim M.B.

Homecoming Family and Friends Day will be held on Sept. 14-15. Choir Day Program will be on Sept. 28 at 6 p.m.

Women’s Conference

Women’s Conference: Draw Near to God (James 4:8) Sept. 13 and 14, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Parkway Baptist Church. Snacks and lunch provided for children and lunch for adults. The speaker will be Wendie Woods, a Christian counselor of Starkville. Elder Mack Jamison Sr. and Missionary Lillie Jamison ninth year appreciation will be held Sept. 15 at 2 p.m. Theme is “Called with a Purpose,” Jeremiah 1:5-9. Speaker will be Pastor Otha Rockett of Hopewell M.B. Church in Sallis.

Galilee M.B.

Galilee M.B. Church, located at 3817 Beamon Road in Kosciusko, will be honoring their Pastor, Kenneth Clayton and First Lady Sarah Clayton with an Appreciation Program on Sunday, Sept. 15, starting at 2 p.m. The speaker for this occasion will be Pastor T.J. Dear of Mt. Carmel M.B. Church in Sebastopol.

Providence Cemetery

True Vine M.B.

The 66th church anniversary will be held on Sunday, Sept. 15, at 2 p.m. The speaker will be Reverend Lee Carson of First Baptist M. B. Church of Kosciusko. Please come and help us celebrate 66 years of joyous existence and receive the Bread of Life.

Bethsaida Baptist

Women’s Day Program will be held Sept. 22 at 2:30 p.m. Speaker will be evangelist Gloria Lewis.

Mt. Olive M.B.

Family and Friends Day Program will be held Sept. 15 starting at 11:15 a.m. Guest speaker will be Mt. Olive’s Pastor Quentin Harmon.

St. Peter M.B.

Church in Kosciusko; Tuesday night, Pastor Reginald Finch of Pleasant Grove M.B. Church in Canton; Wednesday night, Pastor Nathaniel Studway of Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Tchula, West Shady Grove Baptist Church in Lexington and Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Durant.

Greater New Jericho M.B.

Annual Revival Services will be held Sept. 16-20 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Guest Speaker for the week will be Pastor Eddie Smith from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
