Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Coleman Cheek announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Elise, to Mr. Frederick Bonnett Camp, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Daniel Camp of Starkville.
Miss Cheek is the granddaughter of Mrs. Byron Dewitte Belk and the late Mr. Belk of Kosciusko and Mrs. Jeanene Crosby Cheek and Mr. Joe Dudley Cheek, also of Kosciusko.
Mr. Camp is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Vardaman Terrell of Union and the late Mrs. Quay Webb Camp of Tupelo and the late Mr. Dewey William Camp of Florence.
Miss Cheek is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned a BA in Marketing as well as a BA in Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Planning. She also earned her MBA in Business Administration. While obtaining her degrees, Miss Cheek was a member of the Shackhouls Honors College as well as several honors societies.
Mr. Camp is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he earned a BA in Art. He is a member of the Eta Chapter of Sigma Chi fraternity. Mr. Camp oversees properties owned by the family in Starkville, Tupelo, Oxford, and Key West. He also designs new buildings and oversees construction and management of the new properties.
An April wedding is planned.
