Mrs. Alicia Stokes of Lexington and Shane Bell of Kosciusko, would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren Bell, to Robert Swinney, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jon Swinney of Kosciusko.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Estep of Goodman and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard McLellan of Kosciusko. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late James Swinney and Lucy Swinney of Kosciusko.
Miss Bell is a 2016 graduate of Holmes Community College where she studied psychology. She has plans to attend Millsaps College to receive her bachelor’s degree.
Mr. Swinney is a 2015 graduate of the lineman program at Holmes Community College. He is currently employed by Highlines in Jackson.
The wedding will take place Saturday, Oct. 8, at 4 p.m. at the Chapel on the Hill on Holmes Community College campus in Goodman. The wedding reception will immediately follow at the Holmes County Country Club in Lexington.
Friends and family are invited to join the couple for this special occasion.
