Approximately 13 ounces of marijuana and $1,200 in cash was confiscated by Kosciusko Police Department officers last week.
On Aug. 31 at approximately 11:34 p.m, the Kosciusko Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 611 Martin Luther King Drive. Korthel Wilson, 31, was arrested for domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in connection to the crime.
Wilson is being held on a $20,000 bond.
Captain Chris Busbea, Lt. Maurice Hawthorne, Officer Mack Burrell and Investigator Greg Collins made the arrest with the assistance of the Attala County Sheriff’s Department.
