The Kosciusko archery team had a program best team score of 2,693 in the first meet of the year.
In high school competition each archer has three arrows from 10 meters and three from 15 meters. A perfect individual score is 300. Team score is the top 12 individuals, which must include at least four boys and four girls.
Gabe Milner was Kosciusko’s top archer with 250. He was followed by Braden Ray 243, Charlie Lang 239, Hannah Beckham 236, El Wilson 234, Kamryn Bushee 232, Allie Gibson and Emma Keeton both 225, Samyria McBride 213, Ellis Roby 205, Blake Hill 197 and Zaelin Jones 194.
Other team members are Bentlee Ebelhard, Henry Vasquez, Emma Griffin, Hill Armon, Semya Henderson, Mia Manharrez and Layla Nicholson.
Archery and tennis ae the only MHSAA co-ed sports.
