A group of area citizens gathered last week at Red Bud Springs Park in downtown Kosciusko to celebrate the life of Jasmine Irwin, the toddler who died on Sept. 6. Her mother has been charged in the death. Luminary bags and candles were lit to honor the memory of the child and raise awareness for victims of child abuse everywhere.
