A violent altercation between a couple driving on the Highway 35/19 bypass resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old white male, who now stands charged with domestic violence, assault, and child endangerment by the Attala County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tim Nail told The Star-Herald that the male suspect, identified as Michael Albert, was driving in a vehicle with his girlfriend and their children when the female ejected herself from the passenger seat, jumping onto the road.
