NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Interested bidders are advised that Attala County, Mississippi will receive sealed bids for One or More Tank Car Culverts that are at least 10 feet in diameter and 60 feet in length, that will be used by Attala County, MS for Road and Bridge Maintenance until 10:00 O'clock A.M. on Monday, the 15th day of December, 2025, at the Attala County Chancery Court Building located at 230 West Washington St., Kosciusko, MS 39090, and said bids will then be publicly opened and read.
Interested bidders are advised that detailed specifications are on file with the Clerk of this Board at the Chancery Court Building located at 230 West Washington St., Kosciusko, MS 39090.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids filed.
In purchasing said materials, the Board reserves the right to (1) take advantage of Section 19-13-17 of the 1972 CODE OF MISSISSIPPI, and pay therefore in installments, or (2) take advantage of the provisions of Section 65-7-95 of the 1972 CODE OF MISSISSIPPI, and to hire or lease same, or (3) pay cash in its discretion.
