WHEREAS, Steven Kirk Dickerson, Michael Kenneth Dickerson, and Joan Kelly Dickerson King executed a Warranty Deed (“Warranty Deed”) dated July 7, 2023 to Triple T Enterprises, Inc., and said Warranty Deed was recorded on July 13, 2023 at Deed Book 921, Page 172 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Attala County, Mississippi (“Land Records”);
WHEREAS, Triple T Enterprises, Inc. (“Borrower”) executed a Deed of Trust dated July 12, 2023 to Jason M.
