St. Matthews Episcopal Church will build a covered stage and covered picnic area in Jason Niles Park following unanimous approval from the Kosciusko Board of Aldermen last week.

Students at Kosciusko Junior High School were challenged to show patriotism and express thanks to those who have served in the military at a Friday morning Salute to Veterans program held at the school.

Kosciusko High School Big Red Band has garnered a range of big wins this season, culminating in being named the Class 4A State Champions for the second time in the past three years. In 2017, the band came in second.
