Kosciusko police have arrested Larry L.
A suspect or suspects shot more than 20 rounds from an AK-47 into a home on Attala Road 3057, known as Old Vaiden Road, after midnight Wednesday night.

Rev. Adam Byrd Hillman, Jr., 85,  passed away peacefully on Friday, July 26, 2019, at his Kosciusko home, surrounded by his family after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Rev. Hillman was born on May 17, 1934, to Lessie and Byrd Hillman, Sr. of Union.

Mr. Jeff Harry Dendy, born on October 1, 1938, in Kosciusko, Mississippi, to the late Mary Mabel Peeler Dendy and the late Waco Wyatt Dendy, passed away at age 80 on July 11, 2019, in Jackson.

Gerald B. Odom, 70, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at the Attala Baptist Hospital in Kosciusko, MS. 

Funeral services were Saturday, July 27, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Center Cemetery in Kosciusko.
