It is on to the Mississippi Gridiron League Super Bowl for two Kosciusko youth football teams. Both qualified with victories in games at New Hope High School last Saturday.
French Camp led homestanding Sebastopol 42-0 – after the first quarter — during their region contest last Friday night. The Panthers went on to win 56-14 and it could have been much worse, leading 56-0 at the half.
Holman Edwards has been playing quarterback for French Camp for three years while Phillip Caradine is new to the position of defensive end, but both had big games in the Panthers' 42-7 victory over Hamilton on Friday night.
