The Whippets and Lady Whippets of Kosciusko High School close out the basketball regular season this week with a trio of road games.
After visiting Starkville on Tuesday, Kosy travels to Houston on Thursday for a Region 4-4A make-up game that was postponed due to bad weather earlier this month. KHS then visits Neshoba Central on Friday, before getting ready to take part in the Region 4-4A Tournament that will be hosted by Caledonia High School beginning on Feb. 9.
The Whippets improved their record to 13-7 on the season with a convincing road win over Caledonia on Friday.
Kosy held a somewhat comfortable 17-10 lead after one quarter of play, but dominated the Confederates in the second and fourth quarters to roll to the 70-28 win.

Kurlysha Bell scored 12 points and claimed 13 rebounds, while Symone Gregory had 10 points and four steals.
