Students give art to VA Home

On Thursday, October 30th, students from Kosciusko's Middle Elementary School presented 200 fall door decorations which were created in Mrs. Suzanne Ables’ art class for the Veterans at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Kosciusko.Veterans Cecil Harrison, Edward Nalley, Jessie Beddingfield and William Geautreaux are shown with Principal Robert Simpson and the school's Outstanding Students Greyson Bell, Emily Ford, Maddy Gilmore, Eli Hartnett, Anna Kuhn, Abbey McCrory, Kaneesha Moore, Karla Nash and Reed Patton and Top Dogs Lexi Ellington, A'mani Harris, Ashlyn Lepard, Mimi Lewis, Vanessa Martinez, Courtney Moffett, Tina Nash, Curt Pope and Clint Sisson. The home’s staff members are Administrator Sheri Roebuck; Assistant Administrator Vincent Spencer; Activities Director Beth Travers and Director of Nursing Gail Rawson. The staff and Veterans at the Mississippi State thanked the students for their artwork and love for veterans.
