Dead end roads closed by supervisors

The Attala County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing and quickly closed public roads, Attala County Road 5109 and 1117.

The supervisors had been approached by landowners about closing the dead end roadways.

The supervisors approved the following:

–Claims docket

–Gardner Engineering payments of $6,582.11, $20,286.74 and $28,210.04.

–Dues of $408 to NACO.

–Payment to Arthur L. Cook for $2,500.

–Purchase an advertisement in the Supervisors Magazine’s Legislative Issue.

–Simplex Grinnell to service alarm for the Department of Human Services.

–Void a tax sale.
