Man shot to death in Durant

— DURANT - Durant Police are investigating the shooting death of a 29-year-old Goodman man.
The name of the man is being withheld pending notification of next-of-kin.
Holmes County Coroner Dexter Howard told the Clarion-Ledger the victim was shot Monday night outside a Family Dollar Store.
Howard said the man was taken to the county hospital, where he died about an hour later.
A motive for the shooting is not known.
