Holmes CC Homecoming Saturday; George named queen

Homecoming activities at Holmes Community College are set for Saturday with the annual Sports Hall of Fame/Alumni Banquet being set for Friday.

The Alumnus of the Year is Lynn Wright of West and the Distinguished Service Award will be presented to family of the late Dewitte Belk of Kosciusko. The Sports Hall of Fame inductees include: Vicky Phillips Dyer Minninger, women`s basketball; Bobby Grantham, track and football; Frank Shaw, football and track; Artie Hendricks, football.

Gametime versus Mississippi Delta is set for 6 p.m. on Saturday.
