Baltimore Orioles tryouts set

— The Baltimore Orioles have set two tryouts during the month of June. The first tryout is set for Monday at Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia. The tryout begins at 8:30 a.m. for position players and 11 a.m. for pitchers.
A tryout will be held at Holmes Community College in Goodman on Wednesday. The tryout begins at 8:30 a.m. for position players and 11 a.m. for pitchers. Players must be 16-23 years of age. American Legion players must have written permission to participate from their coach or post commander. Players must bring their own equipment and should be wear shorts. Please report 30 minutes before the tryout begins.
