The sun was shining and Main Street in Ethel was full of people milling around at various arts and crafts booths during the 26th Annual May Day Festival Saturday.
The fun was not limited to those wanting to shop. Children hopped on inflatables and played carnival-style games to win prizes.
Food was abundant at the festival. Area churches and locals gathered to sell their baked goods and plate lunches.
Music filled the air throughout the day with area talent including 51 South. A concert was also held on Friday night.
