The KPD is reporting the following charges:
– Shameka Rochelle Melton, 20, was charged with simple assault with an attempt to create physical menace at North Street and Peachtree Street Tuesday by Officer Huey Curry Jr.
– Tamisha Michelle Cooks, 21, was charged with no insurance and suspended driver’s license on Veterans Memorial Drive and East South Street Wednesday by Officer Huey Curry Jr.
– Latina Calandra Bush, 26, of Kosciusko, was arrested on Tuesday 209 West Adams St. for false reporting of a crime by Officer Huey Curry.
– Antonio Bush, 19, of Kosciusko, was arrested on Tuesday at 209 West Adams St. for contempt of court by Cpl. Tommy Clark.
– Douglas S. Roby, 28, of Durant, was arrested on Tuesday at Highway 12 West for suspended driver’s license by Cpl. Danny Groves.
